Community Parking Reminder

Please Keep Our Roads Clear

We hope everyone is enjoying the start of spring. As our neighborhood becomes busier, we want to address an issue that continues to affect safety, accessibility, and the overall appearance of our community: improper parking.

Recently, we have seen repeated instances of vehicles parked in the cul‑de‑sacs, on the street, and along the grassy swales. Over the weekend, even visiting guests noticed how congested the cul‑de‑sac had become due to multiple large vehicles parked in the roadway. This has made driving through the circles extremely difficult and often unsafe and nearly impassable.

To maintain safety and keep Timberlake looking its best, we kindly ask all residents and their guests to follow the community’s parking rules.

Parking Rules (from the Timberlake Declaration of Covenants, Article XIII, Section 10):

• Parking is allowed only in your driveway or garage
• No parking on the street or in cul‑de‑sacs
• No parking on swales (the grassy area between the street and yard)
• No commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, motor homes, boats, or boat trailers may be parked or stored anywhere except inside a garage
• Vehicles previously cited may be towed without further notice

These rules are in place to ensure clear access for emergency vehicles, preserve neighborhood appearance, and maintain safe driving conditions for everyone.

We truly appreciate your cooperation. Please remind all household members and any visitors of these requirements.

Together, we can keep Timberlake safe, accessible, and enjoyable for all.  Thank you for doing your part.

Warm regards,
Timberlake Owners Association
